A fast-growing internet service provider was rolling out fibre infrastructure across three new cities simultaneously. Their internal field engineering team was stretched beyond capacity — installations were running two to three weeks behind schedule, and customer complaints about delayed activations were increasing. They needed qualified field engineers urgently but could not recruit and onboard permanent staff fast enough.

THE STECHAD SOLUTION
